Products

Our items are handmade or made-to-order. Slight variations in colour, finish, size, and weight are normal. Photographs are indicative.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders (25+ pieces) follow a separate process with custom quotes, MOQs, lead times, and advance payment terms. See /pages/bulk-orders.

Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Bulk and custom orders may require partial or full advance payment. Transactions are processed by secure third-party gateways — we do not store card or bank details.

Shipping & delivery

See our Shipping page for timelines and charges. We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, or address errors but will keep you informed.

Returns & refunds

Replacement only for damaged/wrong/missing items, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
