We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, because most of our items are handmade and made-to-order, slight variations in colour, finish, size, and weight are normal and expected. Photographs are indicative — the product you receive may have minor differences in shade, texture, or styling.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

4. Bulk orders

Bulk orders (typically 25 pieces and above) follow a separate process — including custom quotes, minimum order quantities, lead times, and advance payment terms. Bulk orders are subject to a separate agreement and are not governed by the standard retail order flow on this website. 5. Payment

We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. For bulk and custom orders, we may require a partial or full advance payment as agreed in writing. All transactions are processed by secure third-party payment gateways — we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

6. Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and delivery zones are described on our Shipping page. While we strive to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timelines, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, festival demand, address issues). We are not liable for such delays but will keep you informed.

7. Returns & refunds

Because our products are handmade, made-to-order, or customised, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing preferences. We do replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please read that policy carefully before placing an order.

8. Use of website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, copy or reproduce content without permission, or use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
