Our policy in short

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Please report within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required as proof — it protects both you and us.

What's eligible

  • Items damaged in transit (broken, cracked, dented)
  • Wrong item delivered (different product, wrong size, wrong colour)
  • Manufacturing defect (visible flaw in finish or construction)

What's not eligible

  • Change of mind on bulk orders (50+ pieces) — these are non-returnable
  • Personalized or customized items (engraving, hand-painted names, custom packaging)
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
  • Items returned without an unboxing video

How to raise a return

  1. Record an unboxing video showing the parcel sealed, the seal being cut, and the damage/wrong item visible — single uninterrupted clip.
  2. WhatsApp us with: your order number, the unboxing video, and clear photos of the damage.
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps — usually a replacement dispatch or a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of return approval. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer — we'll request the details when we approve the return.

Return shipping

For damaged or wrong items, we arrange and pay for return pickup. You do not need to courier the item back yourself unless we specifically request it.
