Ordering

What's the minimum order quantity?

There's no minimum for retail orders — you can buy a single piece. For bulk pricing, the minimum is 50 pieces of the same product. WhatsApp us with your quantity and occasion for a quote.

Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. For bulk orders of 100+ pieces, we can send a sample piece (you pay for the piece + shipping; the cost is adjusted against your final invoice when you confirm the bulk order).

Do you offer customization — names, dates, photos?

For select products, yes. Hand-painted personalization, custom packaging, and curated gift boxes are available on request. Get in touch via WhatsApp with your requirement and timeline.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Pan-India. We ship from Chennai via Shiprocket's network of couriers (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ecom Express, depending on your pincode).

How long does delivery take?

Chennai and surrounding Tamil Nadu: 1-2 business days. Major metros (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata): 3-5 business days. Other locations: 5-7 business days. Bulk orders of 100+ pieces may take an additional 2-3 days for dispatch.

Do you do same-day dispatch?

Orders placed before 12 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12 PM go out the next working day.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, for orders up to ₹5,000 across most pincodes. For bulk orders or higher-value carts, we recommend prepaid via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Damaged or wrong items: full replacement or refund within 3 days of delivery. Unboxing video required as proof. Email or WhatsApp us with photos and the video.

Can I return bulk orders if I change my mind?

Bulk orders (50+ pieces) are non-returnable unless damaged — they're often customized or set aside specifically for your event. Please double-check quantities and product selection before confirming.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major wallets through Razorpay. COD available on most orders below ₹5,000.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We don't store any card or banking information on our servers.
